Marty Prehn Rufus!! Have you ever tried to "deactivate" a MONGOOSE? Besides with all that I am or have been involved in I am notified of any attempts to breach access to my accounts. There was an interesting segment the other day on TV that discussed how the FBI, IRS, the US Justice Department and others are able to get access to information that they need for any investigation they may be involved with. Sometimes it is as simple as having an informant "plant" a listening device aka "bug" in a lawyers office if that lawyers steps out to make a copy, or a different informant poses as a carpet cleaner or repairman that comes to a lawyers office when he is on vacation, OR if a persons cell phone needs a new battery a tracking devise program can be installed in the time it takes to have a battery changed. The technology is so good that even with the cell phone off conversations can be recorded and pictures even taken remotely.
