It's nothing short of a Festivus Miracle here at CoM, now that Marty's man crush has managed to bond out of jail!
As Bill Windsor starts his Facebook assault on every official in Ellis County, we all knew the idiotic Mongoose would be one of the first ass lickers to start commenting on his Facebook page. True to form, Marty left one of the greatest Mongoose droppings we've seen in a long time. I'll post the entire comment then break it down to analyze the complete stupidity:

As I try to recover from the stupidity overload Marty just gave me, I'll try to cover all the idiocy in this comment. True to Marty form, he starts off with a classic Elder Dawg name drop. More of Marty's nation wide elected official friend network. Marty gives Bill two names to "get in touch with". If these people are Marty's friends, why hasn't the Mongoose already contacted them for Bill? I'd bet because up until Bill was released, Marty was afraid to even comment on his Facebook page, much less make calls to try to help him. And then there is the fact Marty is a lying dumb ass who doesn't know these people and just found an excuse to name drop in front of the lemmings.
Next, Marty claims the "Joeys and Flem Shady" are now scared because Windsor made bail. This is a good example of how clueless Marty is. Everyone involved has absolutely nothing to fear. Bill is out on bond and must return to Ellis County on January 21st. On that day, he will be returned to jail to await his transport to Montana. Once there, he is facing 130 protection order violations. That's 127 felonies Marty, so I figure Bill is going to be quite busy in the coming months and years. I can't figure out why anyone should be worried that Windsor is out. He's going right back to jail to stay soon.
The next part of this pile of Marty crap is probably the best. He tells Bill it's time to make another attempt for a PPO on Flemshady. This shows you not only how stupid Marty is, it also shows you how far Marty's head has been stuck in Robin Williams corpse's ass. It's obvious Marty isn't aware of the judgement Sean won against Bill yesterday. Here is the most important page from this signed court order dismissing Sean from the lawsuit:
You read that right my fellow Moronic Marty watchers, Sean was awarded $250,000 from Windsor. I have a feeling Big Vexi won't be coming to Marty land to try the PPO crap again. Sorry Marty, the days of using Bill Windsor to threaten people are still over. Bill getting out of jail didn't change what a complete disaster his lawsuit is. Everyone should cross their fingers Marty can talk his man-love into adding you to the suit. I wouldn't mind a $250,000 slice of Windsor's pie!
How stupid can Marty be to encourage Bill to continue to stalk and harass Flemshady? Rhetorical question, of course, as we are all well aware of the level of stupidity Marty is cursed with. How does that fat idiot tie his shoes? I assume he has Velcro laces or Linda does it for him every morning.
I'll skip over Marty's reference to the More Law Center (where were they during all of your real and make believe legal woes?). We saw how well his $1,000 a minute crap worked for Marty in his drug dealing son's arrest. Has that $30 million suit against the Macomb County Sheriff been filed yet, you idiot? Let me guess, you couldn't afford to hire a lawyer or pay the filing fee? It wasn't even about you in the first place! Marty, you are a complete loser!
I'll wrap this up with the last part of this comment.

Now Marty wants to use his "contact" at USA TODAY to get a story about Bill written. When Marty says contact, what he means is some guy he emails several times a week and never gets a response. By now Marty's emails to that poor soul go straight to the spam folder. If Marty had the ability to get anything in USA Today, why hasn't a single story Marty claimed was being done ever been printed? Give it up Marty, everyone knows you have absolutely no influence with anyone associated with that or any other newspaper. Your "national media contacts" are nothing more than spam email targets that have never once covered any story because of you. Maybe someday Marty's IQ will climb high enough for him to figure out just how stupid his comments make him look.
I don't have much hope of that happening.
Yep, I noticed it too, that all of the sudden since Windsor's temporarily "out" of the tank, he's back to being an internet, name dropping, ass kissing, buffoon. He, like Windsor, love the drama and attention they get when they can spout whatever the hell they want without one shred of truth.

I think it's hilarious that Marty is clueless about the civil suit, and the fact that there is NO merit in the "defamation" claims both Marty and Windsor have spread all over the internet about Flemshady. Oh yes, and there are transcripts and court orders to back this up. Far better than the "Upon information and belief" and "please believe me, I filed a signed/sworn affidavit" nonsense. Nope. Windsor's "defamation" suit is full billshit. I'd sure hope that since the ruling proves that Flemshady is innocent of all the false allegations, perhaps he can get some extra relief from the courts, to remove all the defamatory content about him, spread around like wild fire (or allegedly herpes) from Windsor and Prehn.

ReplyDeleteA victim of Officer Involved Domestic Violence was interviewed by David Schied for the LA Movie in July 2012. I personally know the OIDV victim, and she is a voice for victims throughout the state of Michigan. And without doubt, she is as honest as they come.
She agreed to do the interview for the movie, only if her identity could be hidden.
Marty Prehn was present at her interview. And from what I was told, he was all over her - wanting to "help her". She saw right through Prehn and told him she had everything under control. He persisted. The victim - in confidence - told Prehn that she was in the process of obtaining a PPO against her ex - a police officer. Her ex had not been servied yet with the court paperwork.
For some reason, Prehn posted the following information about the victim on LA Facebook page - and put the victim in danger:
"Marty Prehn - Here is an update from XXXXX. On Monday she went and filed for a PPO against her former husband as she fears now that she has gone public that he will retaliate against her. She also visited the XXXX County Prosecuting Attorney's office and found that there was no complaint filed with their office and then XXXXX went and stopped in at the XXXXXXX Police Department and talked with the internal affairs officer their who was helpful and supportive and was given a contact name of an ass't prosecuting attornery who handles the special sexual crimes division. The ex parte request for an emergency PPO was denied so there will need to be a hearing on August xx in Circuit Court with Judge XXXXX and her ex will need to be there as well. He will need to be properly served by the xx of August. XXXXX will continue to see that Justice is served and crimes committed against her prosecuted under Michigan law. She REFUSES to be a victim but is a survivor and will speak out in order to help other women of domestic violence to come forward especially those that involve police officers who believe that they are above the law."
The victim contacted Marty and demanded that he delete his post, before her ex discovered it. Marty refused. I contacted Marty and then I contacted Windsor - which took several days, as he failed to return my frantic calls. It took a few more days, after I pleaded the victim's case, for him to remove Marty's post from the LA FB page.
This action angered Marty and somehow, 'someone' contacted the victim's ex and his family and told them about the victim's intention to obtain a PPO. The ex and his family began to post horrific lies about the victim on the LA FB page.
I spent several days - once again - calling Windsor, in order to have the posts removed. When Windsor finally returned my call, he took Marty's side and claimed that Marty had informed him that the victim was a liar.
I went toe to toe with Windsor and defended the victim, and told him that if he did not remove the posts, that if anything happened to the victim, that both Windsor and Prehn could be held liable. I also reminded Windsor of Marty's violation of crime victim confidentiality. Windsor finally saw the light and deleted the offensive posts from the LA FB page.

Additionally he MUST report this "Hacking" of his account to Facebook immediately as "Hacking" poses a major security threat to ALL Facebook users & Facebook Inc. & Facebook needs to investigate and determine who the Hackers are and what country they are hacking from ~ Wow, How did those North Korean Hackers hear about PigPrehn ????

Kevin Dietz same to you and your family. So has my cyber stalker or stalkers contacted you yet? I have a few stories for you and the Defenders to cover. A 91 year old St. Clair Shores woman falls at her Doctor's office in St. Clair Shires due to a cracked and defective handicap ramp. She hit her head and broke her arm. Had her sent to St. John and set her arm and sent her home. The other issue is how a Vietnam Veteran was locked out of his home without a court order after he asked the City for their assistance due to health issues and PTSD. The city development manager ignored ace ratified letter and never contacted Joe Zappa who served 4 years on the USS Kitty Hawk. I discussed this at this past Mondays City Council Meeting in St. Clair Shores. Sadly Joe Zappa died without being allowed to get back into his home and his younger brother Paul Zappa worked to save his brothers home that the city was he'll bent on tearing it down and went to court to do so. And another deed restriction coming up in Royal Oak in January. Google Bill Windsor released from jail. He and I have been victims of cyber stalkers and they had him arrested under false pretenses for 53 days. Some have been naughty and most have been nice. Thank God for the nice weather with no snow and no ice. Merry Christmas Kevin and to all a good night.
