Marty Prehn:"XXX rents Rototillers!"

I have to apologize to all of the readers here at CoM who were patiently waiting for Marty's weekend meltdown. He did, in fact, have one but between travel and putting out fires, I'm just now getting around to sharing. He managed to spew this on Big Vexi's page this past Sunday:

Yesterday Bill Bob Cookout appears to post under several IP addresses but have a common e-mail address that I have obtained by Google and Facebook as they are cooperating with the ongoing cyber crimes that have been done against you and I and others who have asked for this conduct to CEASE and DESIST and they do not believe that they have made death threats against you or I or other unnamed individuals. The e-mail address that is attributed to these IP addresses is melsux5150@yahoo.com. XXXXX XXX XXXXXX also has a sister named Melissa and is called Mel byXXXXX. I assume they must have had a falling out since the email address is Melsux.....translated Melissa sucks which is again another sexual conotation by XXXXX. The IP addresses attached to posts by Bob Cookout, Bobby Cookout, Robert Cookout III et al which have all been blocked by me on my fb page and yet she continues to post comments and create other names similar to Bob Cookout under the sub name of David Sanford.1276 or Barbara Sanford.1276 are posted below: (IP addresses deleted to protect the innocent at Rent-A-Center) There are several more and the attorney for Yahoo who reached a settlement with John Margetis have been made aware of the ongoing cyber attacks and in the lawsuit filed by John Margetis that lawsuit was dismissed WITH prejudice which means that the little joeys and others posting as anonymous can still be sued for damages under that filed lawsuit. There is an article that was written by David Webb explaining what happened with that lawsuit from May of 2013."

Apparently, I'm once again the evil XXX. It continues to amaze me that Marty can be so sure of my identity and then one day later I'm a totally different person. 

There are several things in this message I'd like to cover. I'll start with the email address. He says he got it from Facebook and Google. How are those two related? I understand an email address is used to set up a Facebook page but where does Google get involved with a Yahoo email? Did Marty forget which company he was dealing with? 

Next I have to ask, did he capture those IP addresses from Facebook comments like he's been claiming to do the last six months? Why has he waited so long to give the information out? Are these IP's the same ones he's claimed to have all this time or is he now claiming he just got them from "Facebook and Google"? Was he lying then or now? Or both? 

I'll skip over the "Facebook and Google are cooperating with the ongoing cyber crimes" part. Pretty much speaks for itself.

Of course Marty would somehow find a sexual reference in the name melsux5150. I'm just can't figure out his statement about "another sexual conotation"(get spell check Marty) by XXXXX. I thought it was his comments that always include something sexual. I've never seen an actual quote from XXXXX so where are all her "sexual connotations" (proper spelling Marty)?

Does Marty even bother to read the articles he posts? The article he reposted pertains to a lawsuit involving Google. Where does it mention anything about a settlement between Yahoo and anyone? If my memory serves, the settlement was between Google and an ex convict who tried to sue them. Google settled it by pretty much saying "you go away and we won't charge you for our legal fees incurred while kicking your ass". Suit settled!

And one last thing. Will someone please explain to Marty what dismissed with prejudice means? Perhaps if he'd add People's Court or Judge Judy to his afternoon loafing schedule he could pick up some remedial jargon...
