Fleming from Madison Heights, Michigan and the other is a guy is Thomas LaDuke who is attempting to recall the Mayor of Fraser Joe Nichols who just had his 4 petitions DENIED and or WITHDRAWN at a recall petition hearing at the Probate Court this past Thursday and I was there. This petition hearing was conducted by the Honorable Kathryn George, Macomb County clerk Karen Spranger and Macomb County Treasurer Larry Rocca. I was at that hearing and was harassed, followed, threatened and videotaped as I attempted to leave the court parking lot by two of Thomas LaDuke's thugs. Their names are Joe and Tom and were congratulated by Thomas LaDuke and others on 2 HATE blog groups. F.A.I.R. which stands for Fraser Advocates for Integrity and Responsibility of which Thomas LaDuke is the Administrator and the Marty Prehn Chronicles which is operated by my cyber stalker Sean D. Fleming who works for AT&T and was a communications expert with wiretapping experience or someone working on his behalf.
I believe it is time to contact Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette and Mike Goetz who heads up the fraud and corruption division for public officials for the AG's office as I believe that there is sufficent evidence to establish collusion and organized crimes and racketeering going on in the City of Fraser with the current and former City Manager in an orchestrated attempt to have Fraser Mayor Joe Nichols and Acting Mayor Matt Hemelberg removed from office under these false allegations of sexual harassment. I believe it is now time to ask the FBI, DOJ, IRS and Ruth Johnson to conduct their own investigation into criminal activities going on with certain public officials and has been for several years now with misconduct in office and other things that have been done ILLEGALLY to financially enrich certain township officials at the expense of the Fraser taxpayers. A full forensic audit for the last 10 years needs to be done to expose bribes, extortion, harassment and death threats to current and previous Fraser City Mayors and intimidation and harassment of people like myself who dare speak up against the Fraser syndicate. What is going on in the City of Fraser FAR EXCEEDS the RIZZO trash contract scandal of city officials accepting bribes in order to financially enrich themselves. How interesting is it that I believe that this same IT person is also one of the alleged victims of these allegations of sexual harassment in order to have these two public officials removed from their positions in order to have current Fraser City Council members Michael Lesich, Patrice Schornack and or Kathy Marchese Blanke appointed as the next Fraser City Mayor or Acting Mayor as each have expressed their desire to be King or Queen of the Fraser throne.
