Special Agent gets Special Service

Spring is in the air, CoMmies! As the renewal of nature is upon us, we here at CoM welcome the changes that spring brings. New green leaves on the trees, flowers blooming and new idiotic threats, lies, and complete stupidity from Marty Prehn. Welcome back Spring!

It has now become clear what the latest service attempt Marty was dodging is. Sean Fleming has filed for a Personal Protection Order against the Mongoose. Apparently, Marty discovered what the Sheriff was trying to serve him with recently. Not to be told what to do, he secretly showed up for the scheduled hearing without accepting service for it - only to find it rescheduled until notice is formally given. The court itself gave the Special Agent a verbal Special Notice and insisted on a valid mailing address for a First Class Mail copy. Bam! Served by an officer of the court and I'm sure all kinds of notes were taken on the case file jacket about how this Defendant operates. That must be what prompted the following comment:

A little simple research shows just how stupid Marty and this comment is. Elder Dawg avoided service of the notice for this hearing. The parties involved have to receive notice a certain amount of time before the hearing is held. Since Marty wasn't served, the hearing was rescheduled for a later date. Marty was informed of this change when he arrived at court that day. But this is Marty we are talking about, so he has to spew a couple of lies just to try to make it appear that Flemshady did something wrong. Sorry Marty, you were the one dumb enough to show up for a hearing that you dodged service for.

As is Marty's latest tactic when it's time to start lying and making stupid threats, he has to include his partner in idiocy, Carla. These morons blessed us with this exchange on her Facebook page:

Marty has to claim on Carla's page that Sean was a no show even though he was told the hearing had been rescheduled? And is Carla trying to claim she traveled all the way to Michigan from Florida to attend a PPO hearing that doesn't involve her in any way? Was she going to be Marty's star witness like Marty was in the big Bill Windsor PPO hearing against Flemshady last year? You remember how that worked, right Marty? "Please sit down and shut up Mr Prehn". It appears to me that Marty actually wrote this comment for Carla and she did a copy/paste just to assist Marty with his lifelong campaign of lying bullshit. I'd figure only Marty is dumb enough to start referencing jail time as a result of applying for a PPO. Stupid is as stupid does, I guess.

Now that Marty knows Sean is seeking a PPO, he and his Florida stooge have started their all out assault of the notorious criminal Flemshady. The lies and threats will be flying over the course of the next month from both of these idiots. Here is a good example of the stupidity we can look forward to:

Just once, I'd like to see one of these idiots post proof of any kind of death threat Sean has made. Marty, pointing out your lies, scams and fake fundraisers isn't a death threat, it's only a threat to cut off your donation and attention seeking. And now Flemshady is stalking and harassing women and children? I don't believe Sean has been recorded driving by a young, single mother's home in the Carquest delivery vehicle lately. How 'bout you, Marty?

With a little more than a month until the actual PPO hearing, we can all look forward to Marty coming up with new lies and threats leading up to the big event. Based on this comment, you can see Marty plans on including dumb ass Carla in his games:

I guess Marty is claiming that Carla will be making another trip to Michigan to attend the PPO hearing. Marty will also be presenting his latest criminal charges against Flemshady. It's going to be another great Perry Mason moment for the Mongoose! It's only a matter of time until the list of pending charges grows, press conferences on the courthouse steps announced, maybe even a screening of Justice 4 Jean in the Carquest parking lot. "Come meet the Special Agent Marty the Mongoose Prehn and his star witness, Terri Schiavo's former Diaper Changer Carla Sauer-Iver."

Things are looking up, CoMmies! Spring is here and Marty is poised to supply us with a month's worth of idiotic comedy. Happy Days are here again!
