Return of the Mongoose

Fresh off his Facebook suspension, Marty had bottled up craziness just waiting to burst like a 2 liter of Pepsi and a pack of Mento's.  Fans of CoM, here's the weekend meltdown you've been missing for the last three weeks.

 · Edited  So Marty Prehn is blocked from posting on his fb page???? LMAO My guess is that Robin Heaps Williams fiancé of Gaetano (Guy) Moceri does NOT want the truth to come out about her. She has given the courts the green light to authorize search warrants and to even have her picked up for a mental evaluation. She claims that I don't have the balls to do this. Not so. However she has neglected to point out that what she and Gaetano Moceri and Johnny Dinardo and Dave Wilson have been involved in is a RETALIATION EVICTION and that my civil and constitutional rights have been violated as well as them being involved in racketeering for financial gain. My right to privacy has been violated and several threats have been made against me or my friends or other family members. My mail has been tampered with and I on several occasions blocked Robin Heaps Williams from my fb page. She then took on the name of Robert Cookout III or a likeness of this name and has continued to harass, intimidate and stalk me on the internet. I believe this has been done with her recruiting a person or persons that are at my workplace. Photos have been taken by a person in the truck driven by Mike Harding who sells tools. I will be posting the inspection report on my fb page and on the internet and in a newspaper article EXPOSING all that Robin Heaps Williams and her co-conspirators have been involved in. All of the requirements are there to show that I was and still am a victim of a retaliation eviction at 22423 Hayes in Eastpointe, Michigan at a home owned by Gaetano Moceri's mother Augustina Moceri. It was Gaetano that admits to changing the locks on March 1, 2014. My rent was paid through February 28, 2014. This eviction is UNLAWFUL because neither Augustina Morceri or her son who he claims to be her agent acting on her behalf did not follow state law when it comes to a proper eviction notice. Guy threatening me to have my father's ashes flushed down the toilet was the straw that broke the camels back. That is something a sick person would threaten to do and then be stupid enough to put these comments on a voice message to me after being told several times not to contact me. Time to shut Robin Heaps Williams UP and for Gaetano Moceri and Primo Frame and Collision to be SHUT DOWN. Let the charges begin. I will be posting all of the text messages that Robin Heaps Williams had sent to me even after telling her not to contact me as this matter was none of her business. Mrs. Moceri had asked me to get the exotic snakes and rats removed from the basement by contacting the City of Eastpointe since her son Guy would not do so. Much has come out in the ongoing investigation and the phone records will show that when the home where I was renting was broken into that it is now known who was involved in that breakin. The reason for the breakin and the coverup that followed. My bed room had been broken into previously and I was told by Guy Moceri that this was the day we had a heavy snowfall and must have been the day when there was an earthquake and the house settled and that is why my door no longer locked. The door had been kicked in the same way when the break in occurred when I was home. Court on this matter will begin on June 18, 2014 at 1:00 pm. Maybe Sean D. Fleming would care to join us. Charges against the others named will be forthcoming including interfering with an official police investigation and providing false information to the investigating officer. What will also come out once these players are on the witness stand and under oath to tell the truth is who contacted their neighbor the Clinton Township police officer and gave him false information that my son was a heroin dealer and to have his place monitored. Could it be that one of these individuals was the confidential informant that SET Detective Justin Locke talks about in his narrative?"

There is more Marty bullshit in this rant than he had in that trash heap he called his "intellectual property" in his old room. I'll try to touch on a few of the highlights today.

From past dealings with Marty, we know he is an expert on search warrant justification and mental evaluations. What I'm confused about is why the police would need to search anyone's house just because they evicted Marty's deadbeat fat ass?

Apparently Marty's Mongoose senses have once again pinpointed the true identity of the intimidating RC3. How many different people has this moron claimed I am now? There have been so many I have lost count. My identity changes according to who Marty is mad at each day. Next, I'll be the poor girl working the Taco Bell drive thru that screwed up Marty's order!

Oh no! He's going to post it on his Facebook page AND the Internet. Wouldn't that be the same thing? And exactly which newspaper considers Marty getting evicted for non payment of his rent a news worthy event? BREAKING NEWS- a worthless blow hard coward is forced to shack up with his obese girlfriend. Film at 11:00.

This statement tops the stupidity scale even for Marty. Once again Marty is spewing about having charges brought against someone. Where are the FBI, CIA, and every AG in the country involved with these charges? Marty must have been typing so fast he forgot to mention them. And how is the big and powerful Oz, oops I mean Mongoose, going to get a person's business shut down over an eviction? Marty is entering new territory with this threat.

Wait, what? I can't figure out where the dumb ass is headed with this. Can anyone figure out a way that phone records can prove anything about a break in. "I see you called and ordered a pizza Ms Heaps. GUILTY!"

A check of the court docket on this date shows that Marty will be in court that day, for his domestic violence case against his former roommate. Does Marty plan on becoming Matlock in court and have several people found guilty of charges that haven't even been filed against them? Someone should really explain to Marty that real life is nothing like all those reruns he spends his time watching. It appears Marty received his law degree from CBS. 

I know our readers here can only waste so much of their day reading Marty's idiotic rants. I will close with what I feel is the best part of this latest word vomit from Marty:

"Looks like the very same thing has been going on in Macomb County with members of the SET or COMET Drug Enforcement Team. The question to ask is WHY the SET (Special Enforcement Team) under cover detective Justin Locke was removed from this drug enforcement team and what crime or crimes he committed in 2006 that got him arrested. The other question is why will the Macomb County Prosecutor's office not release this public information?"

Ok, readers. I know this is an exercise in trying to think like a mentally ill person, but here goes:

Marty has changed his previous airtight theory that the Mayor of Troy, Michigan orchestrated his son getting busted for selling smack to one where his landlord's son's fiancé tipped off the fuzz a full eight months before her planned "retaliatory eviction" for non payment by a deadbeat tenant.  It's all so clear now.  Robin is truly a criminal mastermind!

So Marty has now found a connection between his eviction and his son getting busted for dealing heroin? How stupid must he be to claim something like this? These poor people tried to help Marty by renting him a room and helping him get a job. Now Marty is blaming them for his bad parenting and his felon son's problems. Next it will be Robin's fault he is broke and was foreclosed on before she had ever met him. Or better yet, Robin is actually his evil sister in disguise. 

Stay tuned loyal Marty watchers, I'm afraid this latest Marty meltdown is just getting started. I'm so glad Marty can once again spew his insanity on Facebook, I've really missed the train wreck.
