Once again we are posting publicly available court documents to refute more of Marty's lies about his mothers case. The first document shows what the court required the Mongoose to provide. He was asked for an accounting of what exactly he did when he controlled his late fathers trust. Also required were tax returns dating back a few years.
After begging time and again for extensions, Marty never supplied a single shard of the court ordered documentation, with the exception of a bogus tax return that was disputed by the court because he severely understated rental income from his parents properties. Marty was also ordered to show evidence of any commingling of personal monies in his mother's account. He was unable to show any of his personal money deposited. This was his chance to show the court the $13,000 dollars he claims was stolen from him when he lost control of the account. Wouldn't you supply the court with proof of your money if it was truly yours?
The second document relates to the guardian and conservator being assigned to his mother. The document clearly states that Marty agreed this was needed for Bernice Prehn - as long as it was himself so he could maintain access to the money. At no time did he demand or even offer to aid in the caring of his elderly mother. It wasn't until after the case was over that Marty began to publicly complain that a conservator was appointed. If he was so opposed to this then why agree that one was needed during the court process? Was it because he wanted to be appointed the conservator so he would remain in control of his mothers finances leaving him free to spend her money as he chose?

I believe that NASGA is basically a group of people just like Marty. They may not have neglected an elder but I think they are upset that someone took control of money that they had access to. Why else would they continue to support him even after it has been proven that Marty was using his mother for her money and that's all he really cared about.

DeleteThere has been undeniable proof posted here in the way of court documents as well as other documents that show Marty lied his ass off. I remember one of other members of the NASGA group, Lucinda L, who wouldn't look at the proof, and just went off of Marty's word. This is the typical member mentality, and why not, when the heads of the groups have no ethics.

Ok, then the next part I will address is the fact that Marty can't read. Had zero comprehension skills regarding the previous lawsuit he keeps throwing out there. Just like providing the documents about his lies with regards to his mother, there are documents to also show what a complete and total moron, who is harassing people because of BILL. She has also accused her father who is a police chief in Longton, Colorado of raping and sexually abusing her as well when ever he did not do what she demanded that he do and he has had her committed several times against her will into a mntal facility. She indeed is a WHACK JOB and takes pleasure in pretending to committ sexual acts with stuffed animals such as horses, camels, Llamas and Alpachas.
What Megan does not know is that the Fbi has set up a sting operation in the apartment building where she lives and has her phone wired tapped and have piggybacked into her computer and have downloaded everything that is posted by her on her computer and has her ip address and those of the other joeys or ip addresses and have secured a search warrant to raid her apartment and take her and seize her computer and her gold Suv. They have her surrounded and now have a tracking devise on her vehicle and fiber optic cameras in each room in her apartment and have evidence to show her using her computer to commit domestic terrorism and even shows her masterbaiting and having multiple orgasms as she bullies and stalks people on the internet. There are police complaints about her in Texas and in Colorado. ReplyDeleteIn college I took aviation lessons and acquired a pilots license and one of the things required to pass the test was to get into what is referred to as a death spiral or a full power off stall where there is no longer any upward or forward movement of the plane and the front nose of the plane lunges forward and goes into a dive and then begins to turn at a very high rate of revolutions. If you fight it or try to correct it one your own you only make matters worse. Assuming you have enough airspace between the plane and the ground is to do what many are taught in their various religious teachings and that is to simply LET GO and let the plane correct itself. Sounds easy but does hard. "
