Mongoose On Fire!

As the readers here at CoM have watched Marty, his weekend rants have become a staple of entertainment. It seems a new trend has developed though. It appears Marty can no longer keep his hatred inside until the weekend. He has now started to spew on Friday mornings. Here is his latest Flameout Friday©.

"Marty Prehn Too late for thank you's at this point. You have been repeatedly asked NOT to have any contact with me and you continue to ignore any and all cease and desists requests. I am not your friend on fb and you use other mutual friends to get in contact with me. I do NOT believe that you or your "girlfriend" understand the seriousness of the legal trouble you are both into as well as John XXXXXXX and anyone else that has posted on the Marty Prehn Chronicles. Your mother will also have to be named in the lawsuit regarding the retaliation eviction and the UNLAWFUL removal of my personal belongings. This constitutes a breaking and entering of my bedroom where you knew that I had my father's ashes there and you threatened via a voice message that if I posted anything on fb regarding you or your family or Primo frame and collision that you would flush my father's remains down the toilet. Now that is a sick thing to say or do and is a form of extortion. Then later selling my father's ashes to my dysfunctional sister and her husband constitutes several federal crimes of fraud by conversion. You knew I had several collectible pieces and oil paintings that were my parents that were given to me under the terms of my parents Wills. You Guy not you emotionally disturbed girlfriend were given instructions when I was in the hospital with my heart condition that my daughter Stephanie was to get any and all of my belongings including my legal papers and my intellectual property. All of your assets and that of your parents have been inventoried in order to determine how much in punitive and compensatory damages you will all have to pay and due to the living conditions I will be reimbursed the total amount paid since 1st renting from your mother as she is the legal landlord and then I will receive 3 times that amount for the invasion of privacy and willful destruction o0f my personal belongings. Time to be held accountable for your "girlfriends stupidty and you had John Salvador and Tom King who know what the Landlord/Tenant laws are and you cannot use your mothers "language barrier" as your "girlfriend" calls it. As the Courteville house is part of your mother's property holdings that too will be included. I had first said I did not want this going to court and would address this issue with your mother and Carl as this was NONE of your "girlfriends" business. But what fo you expect from a girlfriend from Roseville and all of the other places she has lived in in the last 10 years and all of her different assumed names. The law will be coming down on you for failure to follow the law and pay the taxes on the business transactions and all of the other scams and schemes that you and Gailene ran at Primo Frame and Collision. Don't blame me. Blame it on your Roseville fiancé. See you in court."

Marty gets started by showing us he's really been studying his hero Big Vexi. He complains that people have violated his many Cease and Desist demands. Just like the moron he learned this phrase from, Marty can't figure out a Facebook comment cease and desist has no legal validity. It just doesn't work that way. 

Marty then proceeds to warn Guy and Robin they don't understand how much trouble they are in. He also lumps his ex roommate and all of the posters here into this same "serious legal trouble". This comes as a great relief to everyone I bet. We all know that any time Marty makes a legal threat, you immediately become immune to whatever charge he is claiming against you. We've seen a multitude of these claims and not once has any of Marty's targets been so much as questioned by law enforcement. So post away CoMmies, Marty has given us all the green light. I just wish one time that idiot would get our name right. 

Next Marty takes another page from the Big Vexi play book. He threatens to add Guy's mother to "the lawsuit". Marty is spending so much time kissing his leaders ass he is starting to sound like him. The only problem is, as usual, Marty misses the most important part of the threat he's trying to copy. You need an actual lawsuit before you threaten to add someone to it. Marty, get back with us when you come up with the money to file a lawsuit, and find a lawyer who believes your lies and exaggerations about this event. 

We then get more criminal claims by Marty towards Guy. He says that when Guy was forced to put on a hazmat suit and enter Marty's room to begin shoveling out all the crap Marty abandoned, he committed breaking and entering. Entering an abandoned rental room stacked with Mongoose droppings might be crazy, but it's certainly not a B&E. Just another idiotic claim from the un-housebroken Elder Dawg. 

In the next part of this rant, the vile nature of Marty is on display. He claims his father's ashes were "sold" to his sister. I have communicated with both parties involved in the saving of Mr Prehn's remains. It was a total act of compassion and corrected the last travesty Marty committed against his parents and siblings. Only Marty's twisted "how can I profit from your heartbreak" mentality would consider that saving those ashes was done for profit. That's something only Marty would consider. 

Marty then reminds Guy that instructions had been left concerning what to do in the event of Marty's death. He mentions oil paintings, collectables, and intellectual properties. First of all, Marty didn't die, he abandoned his trash and was to ashamed to contact the people he was cheating out of the rent money he owed. Second, after seeing what condition his room was in, I can't image there was anything in there that could be salvaged. Mongoose piss would destroy an oil painting I assume. And third, there is no way Marty owned any "intellectual property". He's just too stupid for that to have happened. 

All of this is followed by Marty claiming he has inventoried several people's assets so the court can determine how big his settlement will be. He should spend more time researching how civil lawsuits work instead of deed restrictions in a town he doesn't live in. Although, I can tell Marty right now how big his settlement will be. NOTHING!

The most ironic part of this Flameout Friday© is what I'll close with. Apparently, people from Roseville are somehow lower class or beneath Marty. I don't think that is possible. Marty is the biggest piece of shit, lying, worthless, vile person I've ever seen. I don't hold the fact that he came from Saint Clair Shores against all of the great people I've met from there. What's his problem with Roseville?
