Mongoose Reminiscing...

Anyone that uses Facebook should be familiar with a feature it has called "Time Hop". This feature shows the user what they posted on that date in years past. Marty has been posting the results of his time hops lately and he's just too stupid to realize how bad it makes him look. All of his posts from prior years are the same worthless threats he's still spewing today.

As Marty continues to expose himself as the lying idiot we know him to be by sharing these old threats that never happened, I can't help but laugh. Anyone with an ounce of intelligence would want to hide these fantasy threats, not repost them. Hysterical crap like this:

Here we are three years later and still nothing has happened. There hasn't even been so much as a phone call to these "murderers" by any law enforcement agency. Maybe the time is now, now is the time for all of Marty's investigations to start. For some odd reason, I highly doubt it.

Along those lines, we here at CoM thought maybe we should do a "Marty Time Hop" ourselves. Take a trip down memory lane with us, CoMmies, and laugh at the abject stupidity that is Martin Erwin Prehn...

    1. It's really a shame Marty wasn't charged with Elder Abuse and pilfering. It shouldn't matter if he blew through the money and can't pay it back--it's the principle that HE was an abuser, yet pretends on a daily basis to be an Advocate, while conning other elderly people to abuse. He really should have a conviction to keep him from further scams. I'm sure there are plenty of witnesses now to come forward with their stories about how he tried to weasel his way into their lives--and lied his ass off while slandering them in the process.

      Then to spin off on anther scam of "Bullying" because he was called out, and proven to be a liar, further proves he will stop at nothing to continue on attempting to con and scam others. What a total and complete asshole. I had forgotten about that video, and the comments from Marty Jr on there also show how lowlifes teach lowlifes/criminals. Jr is such a fine example of what Marty accomplishes in life when he's involved.

    5. Cookout left me some vodka from his visit to Detroit. He said he could not take it on the plane. I must had gotten buzzed off one shot and was auto corrected by SIRI. Damn you Apple. Wonder if I can find someone to sue them also. Why are you blowing my cover anyhow? Now I have to come up with some other name. Thanks.

    Cities like Royal Oak and Berkley are negligent when it comes to recognizing and enforcing deed restrictions. The deed restrictions at the time the subdivision was platter ran with the land in perpetuity. It was accepted and approved by the city or township planners at the time, the county commissioners and the State of Michigan. Keep fighting Steve and you will prevail based on published Michigan Supreme Court decisions. Another case with deed restrictions is the Rackham Golf Course. It was conveyed to the city to be used as a golf course only and no other use. A deed restriction is a very valuable property right meant to maintain the value and integrity of that subdivision. And nO one not even a developers son or even the developer can alter these deed restrictions once they are approved and recorded. A title search is done to find and recorded deed restrictions. Look up deed restrictions and attorney Cliff Bloom out of the Grand Rapids area. He wrote an excellent article for the RIPARIAN magazine and understands this issue very well. He has given permission for my friend Bill Laitner to include this article in any future articles in the Detroit Free Press as long as he is credited with that article and that it appeared in the RIPARIAN magazine for the Michigan Lakes and Streams Association.

      Legislation is needed to hold cities and townships responsible to see that properly recorded deed restrictions are enforced as written. A deed restriction is a contractual agreement between the platter of the subdivision and any and all future property owners.

      At the time the platted subdivision was approved the city of township officials the county commissioners and the auditor general entered into a contract that the deed restrictions ran with the land. Each entity has an obligation to see that the deed restrictions are enforced but as you mention none of them want the burden of enforcing them. A very complex issue of real estate law. Title insurance should protect a homeowner but since the mid 1970s title insurance is not mandatory.

    5. I am still trying to figure out how water rights are applied to dry land. I wonder if Marty is such an expert why didn't Bill Laitner interview him? Maybe he is not so much of a friend after all. I also am very certain that 1/3 of things around town are built on land that had some old deed restriction that said otherwise.

      A key part of this entire article is here;
      " decade ago, such tactics were commonplace in the real estate bubble of the early 2000s, which brought on hyper-flipping of properties in speculative hot spots like Birmingham. Now, Royal Oak has seen a resurgence of property values, a flurry of residential construction and, apparently, the return of such tactics.

      “We’re seeing the most single-family construction I’ve probably ever seen here” since coming to work in Royal Oak in 1991, said City Planner Tim Thwing. Although Royal Oak officials from the mayor on down have been strongly supportive of the Vinsetta homeowners’ battle with Baird, the city is virtually powerless to enforce deed restrictions, Thwing said."

      Since Marty is just some guy intervening for news media time verse someone who is involved, he would had known that once the homes are built and sold hat the adjacent property values will rise. Birmingham they are knocking down homes in the 350,000 price range and rebuilding homes bigger and nicer on the same lots. Even with 8 homes that are more than 1500 SQft. I can see them putting 8 homes at 2500Sqft or more in the same area and it will look really nice. The things is people want nice homes on nice streets but are not interested in a wooded area anymore. They walk dogs and ride bicycles.

  6. Watching Marty's daily attempts at any form of attention are hilarious. Constant posts on Facebook begging for someone to like or comment. The non stop attempts to get any form of media coverage. The readers of this blog are the only real people who care anything about Marty. He should thank us for helping feed his attention addiction. He's not getting any from anywhere else.
