The countdown is over. The clown car/Jeep has rolled into the Motor City. The day we have been waiting for has arrived. Today is the day of Marty's big press conference and Big Vexi's PPO hearing against the notorious Sean Fleming.
Will Marty's press conference go down as the biggest in Detroit history? Will Marty and Big Vexi "find justice"? Did Sean pack a bag for his forthcoming five year prison sentence? Can Marty make it through the day without his head exploding because he can't spew on Facebook?
All of these questions will soon be answered and all of you CoMmies know where to get those answers. Stay tuned right here for the breaking news. We'll have updates as it happens or you'll just have to wait for tonight's coverage on the local Detroit broadcast news stations. Either way, "Showdown in O Town" will surely be discussed in law textbooks for years to come...
I for one am anxiously waiting for the play by play of Marty's testimony. He made such a big deal out of it, and the "criminal charges" that were following...

ReplyDeleteSadly there was no special agent hat. At one point Mr. Windsor objected and the judge told him that he can't but stated over ruled. Sean's attorney did an outstanding job. Mr. Windsor told the judge that he had a witness with him that Sean has been cyberstalking and an affidavit from a woman from Florida but the judge would not have any of it.
ReplyDeleteHe blamed a blog called Joeys a little kid for his divorce. Sean's attorney stated that his lawsuit in Texas is not going the way he wants and that is why he was attempting to get a PPO against Sean.
When they left they did not appear happy and he may try to appeal the courts decision. Hopefully Sean will keep us posted.

ReplyDeleteNo. A PPO is a court order in a civil case. A violation of a PPO is “contempt of court,” which is different than a criminal charge. An act can be a PPO violation and a crime (for example, an assault).
In that situation the abuser may be charged with both a PPO violation and a crime for the same event. Also, a PPO violation can result in jail time for the abuser.
