Mongoose Abuse: The Silent Struggle

Something you don't read Marty claiming to be a victim of - yet - is the uglier than sin topic of Domestic Violence, a crime ripe for Marty to exploit. It's amazing what information a few drinks at G. Willie's can yield. 

Police and media typically redact the names of domestic violence victims, and we're no exception. For that reason, we're reporting on an incident that occurred three days before Christmas and will only refer to those involved as Smaller Man and Big Fat Slob.

Last month, Big Fat Sob called the police in fear for his safety from Smaller Man after an argument.  It is alleged that Smaller Man got fed up with Big Fat Slob's slobbish housekeeping.  

Smaller Man was arrested and charged with domestic violence. He was forced to pay a $500 bond and was released from jail the next day.  Smaller Man is also now barred from returning to the marital home on Hayes Avenue until after the spat is resolved in court on 2/12/14.

Smaller Man has now been charged with domestic violence, had to hire a lawyer and pay $500 to bond out of jail. He also had to find a new place to live until Big Fat Slob gets his day in court next month.  I guess that's the price a 5'7", 160 lb man pays for yelling at his 6'4", 350 lb body guarding, bounty hunting, process serving, military trained roommate. Luckily, there were no injuries or even physical contact reported. He's also lucky that Big Fat Slob's lightning-fast reflexes and instincts didn't kick in or he would have found himself on the business end of a rolling pin or frying pan!

This is one domestic violence story that may have a happy ending. When Big Fat Slob finally gets evicted for any number of reasons, he'll be able to seek rent-free living in a battered women's shelter, where he'll find entirely new opportunities to play the victim and seek donations!

I feel today is an important day in the saga that is Marty Prehn. Today is the anniversary of the death of Marty's nephew Nick. 

We have posted Marty's quotes regarding Nick's passing previously so I'm not going to post them again. In summary, Marty blamed his death on the actions of his sister Marlene. Nick suffered with Spina Bifida and required extensive care that was provided by his mother. To try to blame his death on anything other than his condition is just despicable. 

Marty's abuse of his siblings was a great source of anger for Nicky. It bothered him that his own uncle would put his mother through such pain for absolutely no reason other than his own greed. As Marlene was grieving her mothers death while still providing 24hr care for her son the last thing she needed was her brothers online hate campaign. 

This is an example of how Marty's hatred has many innocent victims. Did Nick really need the stress of watching his mother have to deal with unwarranted attacks from her own brother? It couldn't have helped with his health. 

Marty's whole "God will not be mocked" speech where he blamed Nick's death on the fight with his family is one of the most outrageous things he's ever said. If God truly worked that way I would really feel sorry for Marty Jr. 

Rest in peace Nick. We are trying to right the wrongs committed against you. Marty loves to dedicate songs to people and Nick had a song he liked to dedicate to Marty.

Top Secret Mission Statement

Readers often ask me "What is the purpose of this blog if you're not trying to stop Marty?"

Let me start from the beginning.  Marty Prehn originally drew attention to himself by posting outrageous and threatening remarks on a different blog. He immediately became a blog favorite, made famous by reposting his diatribes as "Marty Moments". So popular and numerous that he warranted his own individual blog - nothing more.  There is no hidden agenda to stop him, as without his crazy antics and remarks we'd cease to have purpose.

Thus, allow me to articulate that purpose:

The mission of this blog is to aggregate various "Marty Moments" for their entertainment value to our readers. We love reading and sharing our opinions of the wild and crazy antics of Martin E. Prehn.   Readership is diverse, coming from as far away as Perth, Australia and Singapore and even from Marty's hometown of Eastpointe, Michigan.  We hope to provide entertainment to those readers for as long as Marty continues his outlandish behavior for our reading enjoyment.  Marty, in spite of his real or imagined association with various other groups, is the sole entertainment focus of this blog. We don't pretend to police their stupidity.  Hell, if we figured it out, so can they!

Granted, some of Marty's actions are anything but entertaining. It is no laughing matter when he stalks women, both in person and on the internet. Nor is it funny when he makes ridiculous accusations including murder and abuse. Although hilarious in it's irony, impersonating an FBI/CIA agent is serious business.  But looking at him parading around with his silly hat does provide some comedic relief.  It certainly seems like Marty violates his official oath of office every time he opens his mouth or browser. How can he in good conscious wear his Elder Avenger cape when online documents belie his posturing of fighting crime against the elderly?  For that matter, is he the Elder Avenger, the Mongoose or his latest incarnation the Elder Dawg?  This blog will do it's best to keep you updated.

So there you have it.  More fun than keeping up with those Kardashian's, the Chronicles of Marty brings the Mongoose to your homes and offices everyday - without fear of him sticking you with the tab or begging for money!

Ok. So it's not a tricked-out Chrysler 300, but a beat-up Chevy Silverado.  It's also apparently Marty's office, storage unit, dirty clothes hamper and McTrash receptacle.

I will say that there is a potpourri of information available at the Michigan Department of Motor Vehicles, including whether or not a vehicle has the legally required insurance.

So does anyone care to provide details on the decals in Marty's rear windows, even anonymously?  Think of it as a public service to not drive near Marty. If you get in an accident and he's uninsured, you'd have to sue him and get in line behind the tax man on his only asset - mom and dad's cottage. Further, if he uses his vehicle in the operation of his duties at CarQuest, you'd be better off going after his employer.

Should be fairly easy to spot - bad shocks and struts on the driver's side...

Contemptuous of Court, Marty Prehn

Once again we are posting publicly available court documents to refute more of Marty's lies about his mothers case. The first document shows what the court required the Mongoose to provide. He was asked for an accounting of what exactly he did when he controlled his late fathers trust. Also required were tax returns dating back a few years. 

After begging time and again for extensions, Marty never supplied a single shard of the court ordered documentation, with the exception of a bogus tax return that was disputed by the court because he severely understated rental income from his parents properties.  Marty was also ordered to show evidence of any commingling of personal monies in his mother's account.  He was unable to show any of his personal money deposited. This was his chance to show the court the $13,000 dollars he claims was stolen from him when he lost control of the account. Wouldn't you supply the court with proof of your money if it was truly yours? 

The second document relates to the guardian and conservator being assigned to his mother. The document clearly states that Marty agreed this was needed for Bernice Prehn - as long as it was himself so he could maintain access to the money.  At no time did he demand or even offer to aid in the caring of his elderly mother.  It wasn't until after the case was over that Marty began to publicly complain that a conservator was appointed. If he was so opposed to this then why agree that one was needed during the court process?  Was it because he wanted to be appointed the conservator so he would remain in control of his mothers finances leaving him free to spend her money as he chose?

The Ignominy of Marty Prehn: "Stop that Funeral!"

Today we will examine another example of just how vindictive and self centered Marty is. "Cut off my cash flow and I'll ruin your little family get together - even if it is Mom's wake!"

The above document is an official police report written by a detective with the Colorado Springs Police Department. This report was created because Marty decided to claim his mother was murdered. It just so happens he made this claim on the day of his mothers funeral. 

When the detective called and interviewed Marty, things began to unravel. When asked why he thought his sister had murdered his mother, Marty said his sister told him she was going to stop feeding her.  When asked if he had recorded this conversation Marty answered "no he couldn't because he was in Washington DC."

Marty was asked to supply his sisters contact info and he said he didn't have it. How can you not know the phone number where the mother you are so concerned about lived?

The detective also asked where Marty currently was. Marty told him he was in Washington DC. When asked about attending his mothers funeral Marty said he had no plans to attend. Marty then started asking the detective if there were court papers waiting to be served to him if he did attend. Was Marty worried that the contempt of court order against him would be waiting for him at the funeral?

As you can read in the report, Marty also expressed concern that the detective wanted to interview his sister. Did he really think they wouldn't want to speak with a person accused of murder? This just points out that Marty didn't want a crime investigated. He just wanted to disrupt his mothers funeral. A funeral he didn't care enough to attend. 

The entire reason Marty called with his murder accusation was to have the funeral stopped. The Colorado detective had to interview the family as they were leaving their home to go to the funeral. Why didn't Marty voice his concerns when his sister allegedly told him she was no longer going to feed their mother?  Why wait days after she passed to report it?

He didn't care about his mother's well being while under the same roof.  He didn't care about his mother's well being while in hospice.  Only after she was about to be laid to rest did the Mongoose spring into action.

Just recently Marty made the comment on his Facebook wall that he was home in Saint Clair Shores, MI the day of his mothers funeral. Why would Marty feel the need to lie to the detective about where he was? Was it nothing more than another attempt by Marty to make himself into something more than he really his? When being advised by the family that their mother was fading fast so Marty could see her before dying, what is so important Washington DC that required the Special Agent?  Was his lying to the very detective he initiated a murder investigation with just another poorly thought out fabrication to try and make himself appear more important than an unemployed, overweight moron?

How cold and heartless does a person have to be to not only skip their mother's funeral but to try and turn an otherwise dignified service into a bad episode of "Quincy, ME" -  that's a rhetorical question with no need to answer.  We all know what atrocities the Mongoose is capable of...

Lair of the Mongoose

Since Marty Prehn is famous for finding and posting personal information about everyone he's ever met, but refuses to tell even the Macomb County Commissioner's office where he lives - "need to know" classified special agent stuff - we thought it would be fun to see just how undercover he really is.

Here's what we know about Marty Prehn's secret lair that he conducts his evil plans from:

- He's not in Saint Clair Shores any longer, although he likes to pretend he is.

- He does not own any property in the Detroit area.  He'll soon lose ownership of the cottage he inherited in Prudenville, MI.

- He trolls Nine Mile Road in Eastpointe, MI, as that's where he scams pizza from a veteran's start-up and conducts his 7/11 parking lot press conferences from.  Likely lives within walking distance of both.

- Has claimed an association with a body shop in Eastpointe, MI.

- Reportedly drives an older white vehicle.

- Claims to see messages from a dead woman in the nameplate of his Chevy Silverado.

This blog is making the call that the top secret Mongoose World Headquarters is depicted in the above picture.

Prove us wrong, Marty.  You should have retrofitted that house you rent a room in with a cloaking device...

Is Marty Prehn the Most Loathsome Person on Earth?

With Bin laden and Saddam spooning in hell together, the question of who takes over as the most hateful, abhorrent person on the planet comes to mind.

Now that we've been observing Marty for some time, it's become apparent he is an incredibly evil and conniving man. Based on just the things he post, he obviously doesn't care about anyone other than himself. 

"Not sure that I will be able to make it to DC as many things are happening here in Detroit but I was able to get title to my parents cottage free and clear and now have to go after the other properties and cash that was to go to me. Sadly my sister learned a very hard lesson that God is not mocked and when someone sins and commits criminal acts there is a price to pay. Her son Nick Nelson passed away on January 21, 2013."

"I wonder if she now regrets what she did to my mother and this was God's way of "spanking her" for what she had done and God is not done with her or my other brothers and sister"

"How many other of her children will she lose before she realizes that there are extreme consequences for what she did to my mother? God is not mocked for whatsoever a man or woman soweth THAT shall they also reap. It happened with the Zablocki family when greed to over their family and they lost 2 boys in horrific car accidents that I believe were a curse that Gold allowed the devil to place on that family for disobeying the commandment. Honor thy Father and thy Mother that your days may be long upon the land. God often punishes with the taking of a person's child or children or in the case a Job his entire family except his wife to get the sinners attention. Our children are our true inheritnece and my sister through her greed and evil ways has already lost 1 third of her inheritence and sadly I believe her other children will be taken in horrific accidents as God's way of spanking her for the sins and evil that she did to myself and my parents."

What type of man would post something like this? How can you claim your own family members have died and will continue to die because someone cut you off from your parents money that you never deserved in the first place? How is forcing Marty to earn a living mocking God?  Was it God's divine plan that Marty should live large off his parents life of hard work? He knows he was neglecting his mother while keeping all of her money to himself. If what Marty says about God is true, his own children should be worried of their pending fates.

This is a "man" who neglected his own children and continues his legacy by disowning his grandchild and calling the toddler's mother a whore and  teaching his criminal son to never take responsibility for his actions.  Like father, like son.

"My brother has suffered all of his life but it has never had a name attached to it until recently. It is called the Jerry Sandusky Syndrome. Hard to believe that he is still allowed to be around high school students but he is FOR NOW! But not for long. He WILL be EXPOSED but will still have his clothes on. He too is an emotionally disturbed person who was the mastermind of the scam to financially exploit my mother and try to financially destroy me. Marty has attacked his siblings with outright hateful and evil lies.  He has called his little sister a thief, abuser, arsonist and murderer. He went so far as to try to get his brother fired from his teaching job by contacting school officials and claiming his brother was a dangerous child molester, with no basis for the story other than Marty's desperate attempt to ruin his brothers life. It's a good thing school administrators could see through his lies and didn't act on his false claims. 

Marty originally caught our attention for the outrageous lies he tells in public comments. Something that didn't surface until later was the sexual harassment and stalking of women. As the story of Marty was beginning to be told, several women contacted me privately with their stories of Marty the pervert. 

Their stories are all very similar. It begins with Marty befriending them on Facebook or by scouring public court dockets. He claims to want to help them with whatever problems he can uncover in their lives. Then he gets their personal information under the guise of sending flowers - if they're sick for example. Then come the promises that he could never possibly deliver. Tickets to luxury suites for sporting events or meeting a celebrity from some daytime TV show or even discussion of him fathering a child with her, followed by inappropriate sexual comments.  Messages on Facebook, text messages to their cell phones or late-night phone calls is the usual pattern. He has even shown up at women's homes unannounced and for no real reason. Then, the outright anger and hatred with any threats he can think up when they reject his sexual advances. These women are so scared of what he might do they won't tell their stories in public. They still live in fear of the next time he texts, calls or shows up at their homes or employer.

When you add up all the different aspects of Marty's personality, it becomes obvious just how loathsome this man truly is.
