We know that Marty has a history of being a victim of domestic violence. How is this going to be any different?
Like with his last roommate, will Linda become so disgusted by Marty's housekeeping habits that she raises her voice in a threatening enough pitch that he has no choice but to call the police on her? Perhaps she has tamed the wild beast and Marty has finally adapted to his surroundings and is quietly waiting for an opportunity to get her kicked out of her own home while he pawns her belongings. The possible scenarios are mind boggling.
Who is the man in that relationship? Does Linda keep him barefoot and pregnant? Did she hide her sewing box? Who's going to pay the back taxes on the "Veteran's Living Legacy" property up north?
One thing we can be sure of is it won't last. Marty has been kicked out of better places. Been ostracized from better company. Been black listed by better organizations and fired from better jobs.
